Rolex 126900 Air King

The Rolex 126900 Air King is a solid and functional pilot’s watch. The black dial is designed to be read clearly for navigational calculations. It’s a good size too at 40mm and in line with many of the other models in the current range. It wears a little larger than might be expected, especially with the new crown guards. The smooth bezel puts it in the Explorer / Milgauss / DJ41 school of Rolex watches.

We sold this Rolex Air King a year ago as an unworn watch and it was worn very carefully by its first owner who traded it back to us recently.  It is 99% perfect in every way.

Just tested by Rolex certified watch specialists Michlmayr & Co this Rolex Air King is running within COSC spec.

After working with various pioneer aviators in the 1930’s, in 1958 the first Rolex Air King watch was launched as an homage to all pilots.  The Rolex Air King 126900 is the latest in the line and it brings with it a more modern, more bold look to the range with its Arabic / Explorer combo dial and green accents.
